You are invited to our open house. Starting with our ribbon-cutting ceremony at noon.
A free lunch will be served to all who attend, compliments of Paullin Rentals. Gringo’s Grill, a new business in town, will be serving street tacos.
Paullin Rentals has purchased a large warehouse and back building & rented the warehouse space out to two local companies. There is still 7000 ft.² of office space available to rent! There is a conference room, lunchroom, break room, and four restrooms.This is at the old Ohio Electric Control building at 2395 Rock Rd., Ashland, OH 44805.

We offer 120 secure 8' x 20' storage containers in a paved, well-lit, locked facility with easy main-road access. Rented monthly.

Clean, organized, and ready for immediate use. Multiple private offices plus a large conference room. On-site break room and six restrooms.

There are two buildings on the same property. They offer more than 30,000 SF combined. Including docks, office space and parking.
