There are two buildings on the same property. They offer more than 30,000 SF combined. Including docks, office space and parking.
Paullin Rentals has purchased a large warehouse and back building & rented the warehouse space out to two local companies. There is still 7000 ft. of office space available to rent! There is a conference room, lunchroom, break room, and four restrooms. This is at the old Ohio Electric Control building at 2395 Rock Rd., Ashland, OH 44805.
